ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our main objective for this project was to preserve the building's original architecture while giving it a fresh and contemporary look that would truly highlight its unique features.

To achieve this, we proposed an innovative "pop-up" design idea that utilized a painting technique to create visual interest. We strategically incorporated black panels around the windows, creating a striking contrast against the building's original facade.

Additionally, we introduced a diamond pattern in the columns, adding a touch of modernity and elegance to the overall design.

This combination of preservation and enhancement creates a captivating facade that stands out in its historic surroundings.

In addition to the facade redesign, we also remodeled the interiors of the student residence building with a modern style.

By incorporating sleek lines, clean finishes, and functional spaces, we created an environment that is not only visually appealing but also meets the needs and expectations of today's students.
