Introducing the Herminio House remodeling project, a stunning transformation located in Ledgemont Warwick, Rhode Island.
This project exemplifies the perfect balance between contemporary design and cozy living, setting a new standard for home renovation.
The facade showcases a modern, stylish, and functional design that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings.. The renovation extends to the facade, which now boasts a contemporary board and batten coating, imbuing the house with a modern aesthetic while preserving the original charm of the first level.The interior spaces are designed to be open and airy, with a focus on seamless integration between the dining and living areas.
The first story was transformed into an expansive living area seamlessly connected to the kitchen, creating an inviting and functional space perfect for entertaining. On the second story, thoughtfully designed rooms were introduced, including a master bedroom that features an open-concept bathroom and direct access to a private terrace.
