ARCHITECTURE PROJECT

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This project consisted of the complete design and division of a lot located in Lima, Peru.

In the first phase, we subdivided a lot into two equal parts, each measuring 277m2. Our focus was on creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing design for one of these parts, where we proposed a stunning 3-level unit.

Our concept design for this project embraces a modern style infused with vernacular peruvian details. The use of wood, blue windows, and exposed concrete elements adds a charming and rustic touch, creating a harmonious blend of contemporary and traditional aesthetics.

The first floor of this housing unit boasts a meticulously designed terrace with detailed landscaping, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Completing the picture-perfect setting is a refreshing swimming pool, adding a touch of luxury to the property.

Moving to the 2nd and 3rd floors, we strategically located independent housing units with the future goal of renting them. These units were thoughtfully designed to maximize space utilization and provide comfortable living spaces for potential tenants.
