Our goal for this project was to create a harmonious outdoor space that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also improves the overall functionality of the property.

To achieve this, we proposed a comprehensive repair and maintenance of the existing decks and stairs. This ensured that these elements were not only safe and structurally sound but also visually pleasing and aligned with the overall design vision. Additionally, we introduced a strategic change of color for the sidings, creating a striking contrast with the roof and adding a touch of modernity to the facade.

Another key aspect of the facade remodeling was the change of roof tiles. This attention to detail and focus on cohesiveness created a seamless transition between the various elements of the house, resulting in a truly remarkable facade transformation.

Furthermore, the landscaping intervention played a crucial role in connecting the entrance and the swimming pool. Thoughtfully placed greenery, pathways, and carefully designed outdoor features created a beautiful and functional flow throughout the outdoor space. The result is an inviting and serene environment that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
