Starting with the facade, our design proposal centered around the concept of openness and modernity. To achieve this, we incorporated large windows that allow an abundance of natural light to flood the interiors. Metallic touches and sleek black sidings were strategically integrated to add a contemporary edge, elevating the building's aesthetic appeal.

To further highlight the facade, the first floor underwent a distinct design approach. A brick plinth was introduced, adding texture and visual interest, while dark details provided a captivating contrast. This unique design element makes a striking statement, setting the building apart and enhancing its overall character.

Moving to the interior remodeling, a contemporary design was embraced to create functional and visually pleasing spaces. The first floor was designated for commercial use, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors, inviting potential customers to step inside.

The other floors underwent a comprehensive restructuring, optimizing unit distributions and repairing walls to ensure a seamless flow and maximize space utilization. Despite the original design, every room was thoughtfully designed to be used independently, catering to the needs and preferences of future residents.
